Here we are on day 60-something of quarantine due to the COVID-19 epidemic. It's been a wild ride. I have gone from a crazy busy, self employed portrait photographer to a stay at home mom overnight. This forced downtime has given me the opportunity for a lot of self reflection. It has shown me some things very clearly that I think I've known for a long time but just haven't had the time to really "see".
I love my day job as a portrait photographer. I have been striving for the last twenty years to be a successful photographer and by all measurements, I have succeeded. I am often booked months in advance, I have been asked to speak at conferences and
